Y’all are in for a real treat if you come out this Saturday 8/23 to Fat Lady Brewing! I just got back from an incredible rehearsal today! 😁 If you’ve never been to one of my “book shows” (or even if you have!).. this event is going to be special.. “The Yin and the Yang of it All: Songs & Stories” is an immersive experience of storytelling over semi-improvised music beds, interspersed with full songs related to the stories! And this will be the first time Joey DiTullio and I get to play with cellist extraordinaire Andrea Weber Bellenoit! We have a great show planned for this listening room experience in an intimate candlelight setting at Fat Lady Brewing in Manayunk! Our special guest opener is the wonderful and talented Annalise Curtin! Oh, and we found out today that parents can bring your under-21 kids to the show! Get your tix today! ☯️☘️

ABOUT: BRAINFEST is an event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the advancement in the understanding and treatment of brain tumors. The event is held annually in the Philadelphia area. It has featured educational games, stories, raffles, prizes, and live music from some of the area's most talented local musicians and members of the brain tumor community of friends, families, and survivors. This year’s BrainFest will be held on May 18th at the incredible Fringe Bar in Philadelphia & will feature live music throughout the day. BRAINFEST aims to raise as much as we can to help the ABTA to further its mission and support the nearly 700,000 people in the United States living with a brain tumor. Because there are more than 120 types of brain tumor, there is no one answer to the brain tumor challenge. In pursuit of answers, the American Brain Tumor Association has funded more than $26 million in research since 1976. Stay tuned for upcoming details on performers and more! Questions?
